Hello Community,

I recently purchased and set up a Vanquish 3 and am loving it. Now that I moved from a laptop, though, I'm in the market for a second monitor to use to browse the web, gchat, etc. while gaming on my main. My current monitor is this Dell: http://www.dell.com/ed/business/p/dell-s2330mx/pd

Do you think I should upgrade, and if so, to what? I'm currently eyeing this, which is on sale for $150: http://www.amazon.com/Asus-VS247H-P-23-6-Inch-Full-HD-LED-Lit/dp/B005BZNDS0/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top

Thanks in advance.

The ASUS panel you linked might produce better colors and have better viewing angles than your current Dell because it is IPS. It would make a great monitor!

Thank you!

I have another quick question: I currenly have 8gb of RAM, but my Task Manager indicates that I'm often using around 80-90% of that. So, I'm curious if it would be OK to move a 4gb stick from my laptop and put it into my Vanquish 3. Can I? Should I?

Thanks.

Laptop and desktop ram isn't compatable. Won't fit.

You can use Task Manager to examine the Processors ram usage to see who's using what.   If you're not seeing any slowdowns then it might just be Windows doing its thing, caching and just managing the memory.

Thank you. I think that is the case. I'll have open only internet browsers, which take upon half a gig at most, but the Task Manager reports 85% usage.
