UPS Shipping Change?

Curious if anyone has changed where their system is delivered (i.e. send it to the ups store closest to their house)?  I will never be home to get this thing.  I have the tracking number and am on the ups website yet it won't let me change anything.

Do I need to call DS to get a code or authorization to change the shipping?

My computer was shipped via FedEx and I was able to change the destination and have the package held at a FedEx office for pick-up. UPS should offer a similar service.

Now keep in mind that I have a personal account with FedEx so I can sign into their system and interact with it. I could not just follow the tracking number and anonymously change the destination.

If you can not find similar functionality at UPS, then contact DS customer service. They may be able to adjust the destination while the package is in transit.
