I would be very surprised that you talked to a tech about a new system. I suspect you are speaking to a sales person or we might call them a sales tech? I am thinking that unless during assembly and testing someone called you, you didn't speak to a technical person. That doesn't mean they don't know computers but there have been times that a customer gets questionable advise from the sales people. If you want stage 2 OC with the Vortex I am pretty sure DS will do it. What they will do is OC as high as they can with good temps and stability.

I'm gonna get on that review as soon as possible! I can tell you right now, that I am EXTREMELY happy with the way FSX performs on this rig. I hope I can tear myself away!
