Stuck on stage 1!

So I just ordered my first digital storm system this past Thursday and I'm already shaking with excitement!! I ordered the vanquish 3 level 2, but I've been stuck on stage 1 (payment processed) Since then. Is this normal? I read that digital storm doesn't work on the weekend so i can understand that. If anyone could provide any insight it'd be greatly appreciated!! :)

Stage 1 for a couple of days isn't unusual.   Depends how busy they are, payment method, etc.      They will get it going and shipped as soon as they possibly can because its in their interest and the customers.   

Could be it's actually further along, but the updates, especially over the weekend ,haven't caught up. 

It is nerve racking waiting Big%20Smile but we've all been there.  Hahaha

Thanks for the quick reply buddy! I'm happy to be here. I feel like a puppy constantly sitting at the door waiting for the mail man. Haha!

The Vanquish is their prebuilt system.

I went from Stage 1 to stage 2 then skipped to Stage 7.

If you think it's bad now, just wait until it's shipped and you're spamming F5 on the tracking page.

My Level 4 Vanquish 3 is set to arrive tomorrow. I completely forgot about memorial day weekend, so the wait has been driving me up a tree.

Hey there I can say it's normal to take long because I too was stuck on stage one but it's mostly because the payment going threw, I order mine on the 15 of this month and end up receiving my vangquish 3 level 4 yesterday so don't worry,

Ps don't be surprise if you don't receive the promo code for the witcher, I believe you get them by email

As Milesprower said the Vanquish is one of our "pre-built" systems. Since these systems offer no customization options we only provide emails updates at Stage 1 and Stage 7 when your system is ready to ship!

I know from experience the wait can be unbearable at times!
