while looking around on the many preset computers that DS has, I noticed that the DS epoch LV. 2 has stage 2 overclocking, which says that it requires pro/deluxe/sabertooth MB's. but the LV.2 epoch has the ASUS P8Z77-V LX (Intel Z77 Chipset) (Does Not Support SLI or CrossFire) motherboard. is the P8Z77-V LX a pro/deluxe MB (which I don't think so), is this MB able to do the OC for stage 2, or is this a mistake? if it can do the OC, I can save a lot of money from choosing the sabertooth Z77 and dropping to the P8Z77-V LX for my future PC from DS. thanks.

We've been able to on certain builds, you can give it a shot with your build. If you really want a Stage 2 overclock, and want a maximum overclock, I recommend making the investment on a higher-end board like the Sabertooth.

I guess I will be spending more money on the sabertooth, just for the max OC.

thanks alex
