Just ordered an Apollo here the specs:

was wondering if i should get a 850W or 1000W power supply instead of the 750 for the SLI GPUs.

also was wondering if I should upgrade for 40$ to the

H20: Stage 2: Corsair H110 280mm Radiator Liquid CPU Cooler (Extreme-Performance Edition)

over the one I ordered.

The 750 watt psu is fine for your sli 980s.   I would personally go with the EVGA 850 for its much longer warranty but what you have works.

Same for the cpu cooler. The 240mm rad is just fine.

Edit... not sure of the warranty on the DS Vortex 240 cooler, but the h100i has a 5 year warranty so that might be a consideration.
