I'm just confused because when I looked at the config, it was like, dont overclock my cpu please

No sir. In order to OC your computer you would have to have a "K" processor. The Vanquish line, as of March of this year (Ultimate only), used to have the 4970K... along with a water cooling option.

In March, DS brought out the Vanquish II line. No more OC and no more water cooling of the Ultimate level to make it more like the rest of the Vanquish II line.

So, to simply answer your question: No.

Technically you can. It's just very limited before it because "unstable"
