Topic: Orders Over the Weekend Posted: 06 Feb 2012 at 5:52am |
I ordered an ODE Level 2 yesterday (Sunday) and I received confirmation emails. However when I go to the My Account page and put in the order number and info - the page just reloads after submission. Is that because they haven't "entered" the order yet?
Seems odd it doesn't have a state like "waiting for entry" or at least some better feedback to make you feel like your order is okay. |

Hi agentfive..Congrats on your purchase.
Not much happens over the weekend. I would think, but not sure, the email was automatic to confirm they got it, with a Order Confirm ID #, in my case a 9 digit alpha-num #. Until you receive an email with a 5 digit Order number, meaning the payment processing is complete, then you can't check in. Here's a quote by Alex to similar question... "The reason why you can't login yet is because you don't have an order number yet, just a confirmation ID. Our team hasn't processed your order yet as they are still reviewing it (we received it last night). Once it's been processed, you will receive an actual order number which you can use to check the status.Hope that helps" Good Luck and enjoy the ODE 2

You will get a email when your system goes into STAGE 1 and in that email you will be assigned with a order number used to log into the account page ! This happens once your order is fully processed and since their hours are Mon-Fri: 9:00am-5:00pm I would be expecting it in the next few hours !

Looks like it's Day 5 and I'm in Stage 5 - hoping for it to ship today or at least Monday.

Stage 5, getting closer and closer
Has the excitement set in yet, or am I asking that question a little too late? |

I have so many games to play and everyone at my work is tired of hearing me talk about it - but I'm pumped.
I got Skyrim for $39 this week and looking forward to Hard Mode SWTOR - my weekly raiding in WOW and also Firefall Beta. So many games to play when my machine comes in. I'm already thinking about adding a second SSD so all of my games are on them. |

I'd go with the Intel, I have two Intel SSDs and they work without a hitch. They also tend to have high reliability and less performance degradation than other brands. If you want some really in depth information about Intel SSDs vs Other SSDs I strongly recommend using this DS forum's search function, keep and eye out for posts from a member named "Dragoonseal" and also DST4ME. There is a lot of good info buried in DS forum-land.

It is in fact a stuffed Kanga that is very old and has had a hard life. As you can see it's head is buried in the bookcase and I will try and correct that matter.

Hi agentfive,
Thanks for sharing your picture. With your new system you need to get your computer up off the floor. A small table or stool by the wall on the right would do it for you. No matter how you do it you don't want it on the floor. Too much dust. Frank |

Ah, I can see that it is Kanga now. I figured it was some sort of animal based off of the little stumpykins arms. And yes, let her have some air, its hard to breathe in that position I would imagine.

Sgt.Moore, have you called or emailed them to see what the delay is (considering they don't work weekends I guess its not a big delay really)? I'd be curious myself.
And agentfive, ODEs tend to slide through the system a lot quicker, I'm sure you're good Edited by Tidgxor - 13 Feb 2012 at 10:34am |

If I didn't hear from them today then first thing tomorrow I was going to call and see how things were going. Since STAGE 6 is basically an inspection phase, as long as nothing is wrong I'm hoping it will be shipped out today !
