I need this to be good enough for about 2 years. All i do is use it for World of Warcraft and Wildstar. no business use or anything. Utube and twitter etc is all i do.
I can afford more only if really needed.
no multiple monitors, no 3D, nothing special. I do want 3TB of space for movies, music etc.

Hi Bobber... That build works great.   

You could save a few bucks by dropping the ram speed to the 1866mHz sticks and the 500 watt psu.   The faster ram you'll never notice and you might not get anyways. Cpu oc and ram oc effect each other. Even the 1600mHz ram is all you need.

The 500w psu is all you need with the gtx 770. The 700w is more for piece of mind or if you just want the added headroom. Nothing wrong with that but not really needed.   The gtx Titan and 780ti run with the 500watt.

Great build.. even with bprat's changes, that machine will be more than enough for WoW and Wildstar.
