So I really need a new computer but am really strapped for cash. I have a Hp 2009m monitor, and am willing to pay between 600-800 dollars. Any suggestions?

800 is a bit low for the options availible on this site, consider checking out the guide that is linked in my signature
its hard to reccomend buying lower than the lowest build described in that post, but a computer is a big investment, its worth saving for in my opinion
