Budget:
1300 (excluding shipping)

Expectations:
It's a digital storm... That says it all.

Usage:
3d modeling, server hosting, gaming, rendering, school work

Special Needs:
Not to many, would prefer an i7, but will accept an i5 if it's needed by the budget, also would like a 900 series card, or at the very least a nividia. They are the best for 3d modeling. Thanks!

Forgot to add, already have a monitor, keyboard/mouse. Do need an operating system

Hmm...well if you'd be happy with an i5 and Nvidia, you could start off with a look at the Vanquish Lvl. 3, which is well below your budget at 979 dollars:

Thanks for the options, im going to up it to 1400, to see if some intel cpu's can start to filter in

if I was you I would find a way to get the vanquish level 4 as soon as the GTX 970 gets tossed into the system build since the GTX 770 is being discontinued it should happen soon.

I agree with Ariktu, if you can wait you are best off by waiting for the GTX 970s to hit the Vanquish level 4.
