Hey guys just wanted your thoughts (mostly from anyone that games at 4k)

My new rig just came in and here are the basic specs:

Proc: i7-5930K OC'ed to 4.2Ghz

Ram: 16GB 2666Mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX

PSU: 850w EVGA Super NOVA

GPU: Titan X.

Mobo: ASUS X99 Rampage V.

I have been playing GTA V for about a day now and the Titan X runs pretty decent, but at 4k it could be better. So I decided to go for a bit more overkill and
got another Titan X plus another 16 gigs of ram!

I am going to be a little pissed if the Witcher 3 doesn't come out with SLI on Day 1 however!

Let me know what you guys think, and please no Rich mommy daddy comments, My wife and I were both in the Army, and are now full time college students. And there should be no cost on a hobby that you are passionate about!Big%20Smile

Lol.. oh my... I've been here about a year and a half and I have yet to see any "rich parent" or "mommy's cc" trolling. You get what you want, your budget is up to you.

I, too, am waiting for Witcher 3, although not in 4K. I've been told that the Vanquish 2 Ultimate that I own will run it in 1920x1080 so I would hope the Titan X would fill your needs.

btw, I passed on GTA V so I could get Witcher 3. Not enough time or budget to throw down $60 on every shiny toy.

Yeah it's nice to know that DS and the folks that buy from them are mature. Then again I doubt to many Young adults purchase from here.

I read a ton of forum posts and reviews about the Titan X where people had that kind of attitude...Oops

This is my second rig, and well they have my business for life to say the least. Wht a great company!!
