My 13 year old son's Vanquish ll is on the UPS truck somewhere out on the streets of Southern Califonia making its way to our house.  My son had to leave for his dentist appointment and I know he must be rushing that poor hygienist through the teeth cleaning like a mad man!!  Lol...
I have the UPS website opened on my computer here at work and I keep checking the status with one eye Confused%20Wink and praying to God I don't see the dreaded note:  "Delivery attempted, nobody home to sign for package." 
Everyone out there keep your fingers crossed with me!  Do not let that truck arrive at my house before the boy gets home from the dentist with his shiny clean teeth!!  Lol...
If we miss this delivery it will be the longest night ever!!  Angry  Lol...

They usually, at least in my area, deliver packages to homes later in the day. Worst comes to worst, you could contact them and ask if you can pick it up at there facility tonight. They have done that for me. One time I had a new computer case coming and truck had a problem. They arranged for me to drive to where he was to pick it up. I have found they will usually work with you, if they can.

If it comes to communicating with them, make sure they know it is a present for your son. That may be enough they go out of their way to get it to you ASAP.

My son made it home from the dentist in time!  Giant Digital Storm box was safely delivered, computer set up successfully and I haven't seen my son since!  Lol...He is in LOVE with his new Vanquish ll.

you are one cool mom. I am waiting for my own vanquish to arrive. But the last thing i saw it is schedule to be delivered by monday the 28th. It can't get here fast enough
