SO I bought my second DS gaming rig, last time (2011) I went expensive (but loved it), this time I am trying to stay on budget so I went with the Eclipse pre-built level 4- had just what I wanted, nothing additional. I over-did it last time and ended up never uphrading or adding additional cards etc...

So I AM planning on OC the CPU- nothing too crazy but I am concerned about the heat- it only has standard cooling- I assume it will be fine since it is an option, but thought I would see what everyone thinks. I was also concerned about the power supply some, since its only 400 watts and I will be running the i5 4690k and a GTX970, looks like it will barely be enough... Will overclocking to 4.5 cause issues with the factory heatsinks/fans?

In case people need the config it is :
Processor: Intel Core i5 4690K 3.50 GHz (Unlocked CPU) (Quad Core)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE Z97N-WIFI (Intel Z97 Chipset) (Mini-ITX)
System Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Digital Storm Certified
Power Supply: 400W Digital Storm Certified (Specialized Unit - Supports up to GTX 970)
Optical Drive: DVD-R/RW/CD-R/RW (DVD Writer 8x / CD-Writer 8x)
Storage Set 1: 1x SSD (120GB Samsung 840 EVO)
Storage Set 2: 1x (1TB Seagate (7200 RPM) (64MB Cache)

Hi justJJ..... I asked that question of Alex , the overclocked cpu with factory cooler, and a 4.0 , 4.2 max, or so overclock is doable. For a higher oc, there are low profile coolers that Noctua and Silverstone sell.

bprat22 is right.

No need to worry about thermals.

I'm not sure how much the clearance is, but there could be the possibility to mount a slim all-in-one single 120mm fan radiator on the grill above the processor with a SY1212SL12H fan on it.
