The Bolt's mini motherboards have a single Pciex16 slot for the graphics card. The graphics card connects to the mobo's Pcie slot by way of a flexible ribbon cable, riser cable, so it can mount the way it does.

Some motherboards also have a mini Pcie slot for the WiFi module.

Hope this helps.

The mini motherboards in Bolt don't have any extra pci slots for added cards. For that, you'd need to get a different case that excepts a larger mobo.

No dumb questions here.   Glad to help.

That's a nice setup.      I would change the Seagate HDD to the Western Digital Black for $19.   A better drive with longer warranty.

The gtx 960 will give very good gaming on a 1920x1080 monitor or less.

If budget is tight and you wanted to game at higher settings for an extra year or two, I would drop the water cooling and put the money into the gtx 970. But, the water cooling is a nice feature and if you're not hardcore then this is certainly a nice setup.

Good luck and stay in touch.

Do you think getting them to overclock my graphics cards would work well, or should i get the 970?

The added overclock they'll put on the 960 card won't give you very much.  Maybe a couple of frames per second.  I'd save the money.  The gtx 970 will be a big boost over the 960, about 40% better in some games.

Looks like a solid setup. While overclocking the 960 will give you a small boost in performance, saving up a little more for the GTX 970 will make a BIG difference in performance. Not to mention, the 970 also has about double the VRAM.
