I have this in my new PC, and the temp readout is blank like it is not hooked up. Had this happen to the gaming PC I got from Cyberpower. But it was the Aerocool 2000 and they did not hook up the last to readouts, I had to go into the PC and do it myself.

I did tell him how I wanted the 2000 setup, and they did not listen. Nor did they shake loose, and then shake under the MB and into tape. The 2 probes were taped to the back of MB, and were not even pluged into the unit itself.

The fan controller was working here before it shipped, I remember it setup based on your requests:

1 put on top of tube going into the top rad.

1 put on the tube coming out of top rad

1 put on the tube going into the bottom rad

1 put on the tube coming out of bottom rad

fifth and last probe can be acase air temp probe.

As for the five fan controls, plz put all five on top rad. I dont care with of those 6 fans does not have a controller.

It sounds like it got disconnected or loose during shipping. If you would like help from our team, please email me directly ([email protected]) with the best day/time/number to have our team contact you. Thanks!

I fixed it already. Just glad it was not as bad as Cyberpower was with the Aerocool 2000 I had them install in the system I bought from them. I told them were I wanted to four probes at, and only 2 were even hooked up, and the other 2 were just taped to the MB back, and not hooked up. Main reason I have not don't anymore business with them.

PS. As for the shipping, I was very happy to hear that it traveled by rail. To me that is the best way to ship. LOL even thou it costs me $400.00. Thou I think my PC never saw the back of a UPS truck. I got my PC from the back of a OVERNITE Trailer. One of their shorty trailers, and it had know lift gate.
