This is the X17 Gaming Laptop Level 1 and what im asking is if anyone has this system already, what should I expect in terms of performance, battery, and multi-tasking. If anyone has this system could you leave your comments and critiques you have with the system i would like to know what to expect with this laptop

Also: This is not my main Gaming Rig just a temporary computer until July and after that this will mostly be used for Editing, Uploading, and School Work

Okay thank you!! Price wise how much will the new GPU add on to the laptop as I'm getting this laptop as a graduation gift from family and am not wanting to kill their wallets :/ thank you for your reply though :D

Price will be the same, GPU is coming within a month.

Aw, no wai... Are DS laptops as customizable as your PCs? Because I just ordered an x17, so if those new GPUs come out I'd be interested in swapping the one I'm getting for a newer one...

@Falkus, the laptops are customizable, you can always upgrade the GPUs as it's a standard socket.

@Siikzhot, no problem at all, and yes, the X17 will and the X15, however, they may not until we get close towards the end of April.

Yeah i just put an order in for one the other day should i put it on hold?

@Alex - I just called and told them to hold off on my build until the new cards are released. I hope I didn't mess everything up now.

I don't mean to be a pest but I thought there was no additional charge for the upgraded card. I just received an email that its going to be an extra $110 added to the build. Sorry again but I just want to finalize the order, thx again.

That may be for the higher end model, we're going to update the laptops by tonight.

Alex so should I just call customer service and have them procede with my initial order?

No doesn't appear so. I'm just waiting for the go ahead so I can complete my order at this point.

Is the $110 added to the total cost of the laptop before or after the cost of the old graphics card is removed?
