Hi saqib126...  Welcome to the forums.

That looks like a real nice rig.   The gtx 970 is one of the best and even though the 980 is about 10-20% better frames, it is a lot more $$ for the added performance.   The 970 is a best bang for your buck, especially on a 24" at 1920x1080 resolution.

You didn't mention its purpose, but if its for gaming only, you could save $130 and go with the i5-4690k cpu.  The i7-4790k does have hyperthreading for high multi-tasking, etc but doesn't do much for gaming as of right now.   The i7 does have a higher base and turbo clock speed, but with overclocking it doesn't matter much.  For a tight budget, go with the i5, otherwise the i7 is never a bad idea.

The Seagate HDD I would change to the Western Digital Black for another $19.  A better unit with longer warranty.

Hope this helps and good luck. Big%20Smile

If you can swing it within your budget, you may want to consider an SSD for your boot drive. 240/256 MB seems to be the sweet spot for most people. Other than that, what bprat22 said. ;-)
