I recently bought a Vanquish lvl 4 that is arriving in a couple of days and I'm looking for a good wi-fi adapter. I am looking at the Asus - 802.11n PCI Express Wi-Fi Adapter. It says it gets speeds of up to 300mbps. Does anyone know if this is a good adapter or does anyone have any recommendations?

That should work just fine.    If you don't want to open the case and install into the motherboard, you can also use a USB WiFi adapter that just mounts externally.   The Netgear N300, D Link N 150, etc are all decent.

So many to choose from and everyone has their favorite.  An internal card or external USB are really your choice.

Good Luck. Big%20Smile

I have a Cisco usb and it works great. I am pretty sure that there isn't really much of a difference. Go with the brand you want/trust and you should be good.

I use the Netgear N300 for my Vanquish 4. It was a "I need it NOW" kind of purchase and it's been just fine for gaming and Netflix.

Ok thanks. I ended up getting a Netgear N600. Hopefully it will work well for downloading all of my games.

I am currently using a TP-Link TL-WN822N N300  wireless adapter which was pretty inexpensive. I think it was under $20.

I am pretty far from the Router and at one point tried a N600 netgear adapter and it got a worse signal than the TP-Link for some reason. I ended up realizing my comcast router built in sucked so switched to an Asus RT-N66W N900 router and my issues went away.

I stayed with the TP figuring it was cheaper and worked although maybe it will give me issues in longevity in which case I might switch to the netgear adapter I still have.
