Hello. I've had my Digital Storm Desktop (Vanquish II Level 2) for about a week and a half now, but I've run across a problem and not quite sure what to do about it.

Four times or so times now, my computer has gone white screened with vertical black (sometimes red) lines and after about 30 seconds or so it will reboot itself back up.

This happens randomly and doesn't seem to have any sort of pattern. (Once playing Terraria, once photoshopping, twice just surfing the net). As you see this is a real problem as I just want to enjoy my new desktop, but I'm weary to do some actual gaming with this problem.

I am not sure what is going wrong with it and decided to post here and see if anyone else has had similar issues.

(I think it's the graphics card from what little I could draw of google)

Specs~
Processor: AMD FX-6350 (6 core) (3.9 GHz) (6MB Cache)
Motherboard: FX Series CPU - ASUS M5A78L-M LX Plus (AMD 760G Chipset) (MATX)
System Memory: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
Power Supply: 600W Corsair CX600
Graphics Card: 1x AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB

Hi TheUsernameFound.. It does sound like the video card is going bad, but I would unplug the power connectors to it, then remove and re-install it into the slot. Could be a bad, loose, connection. Check all the connections to the motherboard and make sure the ram sticks are seated correctly. Unplug the rig first.

Calling DS is the way to go. They'll work with you to identify the problem.

Good luck.
