Virtue power button LEDs not lighting up...

I've recently come into ownership of the Virtue PC (level II I believe), and one thing that has been bugging me is that the LED light to the right of the power button isn't lighting up. I'm not too horribly knowledgeable with tinkering with the internals of my computers, so could someone tell me how I could fix that real quick? I pretty much just need to know what to plug in to the motherboard or whatever handles the LED light mechanism, or if it even can be fixed. Any help would be much appreciated.

The LED to the right is the HDD activity light. It only will blink when there is activity going on with the HDD. The Left LED is the power LED that would be constantly on.
