Is the Asus H81 motherboard that the Vanquish comes with PCI express 3.0? and what model is it?

Good questions.    I think since Pciex 3.0 isn't mentioned, that it's 2.0. But, for its single graphic card limit, it really doesn't matter. No card today will see much of a difference and they are all 2.0 backward compatible.     For the gtx 770, absolutely no difference.

What model, D or E, depends what they have at the time.

While I don't seen anything on the Asus's specs page for that motherboard, I believe that the PCIe 16x controller is on the processor which should support 3.0. I am not sure if Asus has done the work on the motherboard to comply with the 3.0 spec, though.
