hey i want to buy the Vanquish II lvl1 because I'm on a tight budget but when i get more money over time i want to upgrade the parts. Is that possible, and if so to what extent?

You can certainly upgrade any and all the parts over time.  Just have to match the video card to the power supply and cpu to the motherboard.   If I was tight on funds, and I am Hahaha, I wouldn't buy a gaming pc with the idea of upping the parts in the short term.  Why buy the parts twice?      In the long term, another gaming rig with the latest parts would probably be cheaper and 'fit ' better .
