Vanquish II Level 4 vs current setup

I have a few questions that I hope that the knowledgeable people here on the forum can answer. I just recently got into PC gaming and I regularly stream console play on Twitch.tv.

My current Setup is a Asus Desktop with a quad-core i7 4790S processor, 12gb of 1600mhz ram, a Geforce GTX750 graphics card and 2tb hard-drive. I have been happy with it so far but noticed the Vanquish II Level 4 and it seems much more appealing and geared toward gaming.

My question is would the Vanquish II Level 4 be any better for gaming on high settings and streaming on Twitch? I know the graphics card in the Vanquish is much better than my current GTX750 but what about the i5 vs i7? I also plan on upgrading the memory to 16gb and eventually changing the Graphics card to the GTX970 if I decide on the Vanquish II.
