Vanquish II Level 3 or 4?

Ok, so I'm on the edge between the vanquish level 3 and 4. I really want the SSD, 970, and upgraded cooling, but $420 extra is a lot. I can get a 256 GB SSD for around 120 so for the 300 bucks do you think the upgrade is worth it? Will the level 3 be updated with a 960? I know I could probably get around 60/Ultra/1080 with a 960 but then again theres the 2GB VRAM limit and the weaker air cooling. So basically, my question is will I be better off installing my own SSD and going with the level 3 if I want to do 1080 ultra 60fps, and if the 760 will be swapped for a 960 sometime in the future. Thanks so much for any help!
P.S. Also, can either models handle SLI?

Hi XFZ455..... Welcome to the forums.    The level 4 Vanquish Z97-e mobo can take sli.

The level 4 does have the SSD but also an overclocked cpu which gives a few fps better performance, an aftermarket cpu cooler and the gtx 970.   The 970 will give you about 40% better frames over the 760. The gtx 960 is a little better performance than the 760 and has the newer architecture with added features for future games. And less wattage needed.

That being said, the gtx 760 or 960 when the change is made will still give you very good gaming on a single 1080p monitor. If you click on the Benchmarks tab under Vanquish you can see examples of the performance difference.   

More money does give you more gaming for longer but either are very good.   Budget does tend to be the deciding factor.
