Vanquish II level 2 questions!

Hi, I have been wanting to get a gaming computer for a very long time and I then found this website! I am pretty sure I am going to get the Vanquish II level 2 as my budget is right around 800 dollars.     I have a few questions about the computer though, Could I later upgrade it to something like an i5 4670k with gtx 760 or 770? Also, I was curious about how well this computer would run games such as dayz, league of legends, and Battlefield 4. I might be able to get the level 3 vanquish but it depends how much money I make by August second (that is when I plan on making my purchase). Thanks!

Hi Cosmic.   Welcome to the forums.      You can upgrade the cpu to the 4670k but you can't overclock the cpu with that motherboard.  The 4590, non-k, would be the way to go if you want a quad core processor. 

The 430watt power supply in lvl1 & 2  isn't enough for the gtx 760 or 770.   A 600watt psu is the minimum for the 770.    

If you plan on upgrading, I would just wait until you can get the level 3 and not buy some of the parts twice, plus save a lot of hassle swapping things around.

Do you have WiFi? You can get good WiFi USB devices on a number of online retailers. Go to your favorite and search for "USB WiFi adapter". Read reviews and find one that you like. One with an external antenna work best. Also, it would help to know what version(s) of the 802.11 standard your router supports. Usually, a, b, g, n and/or ac. If you can give us the make model of your router, we could give you better advice.

along with that router, you are going to need a wireless usb adaptor if you are going wireless

If you live in California, then yes, the tax is added on.  If not, then DS doesn't add it on the last I heard, but it's between the state you live in and you whether you claim it at tax time.  Big%20Smile

Two things... one, if you order today, or tomorrow, remember that DS won't get the order until Monday.  So, don't expect a real response until then.
 
And two, yes.. tax in Cali, usually around $80 worth of tax for that model, depending on your City and County rates.
 
(Just think, if you bought one of the Aventums in California, you'd pay between $1200 - $2000 in taxes.)
 
DS does not charge tax on your order if you live outside of California.  (Unless you pick it up at thier shop.)

Can't say for sure, but normally, it'll be Monday for processing and up to 3 days to ship.   A Thursday or Friday ship date wouldn't be unreasonable.   If it's sooner, then you've done good.

Cosmic, where do you live? Ordered on Sunday, and as long as the payment processed without incident on Monday, you might even get a Wednesday shipment. Then it's up to the carriers one when you get it. We've seen Vanquish orders on these forums go from order (on a Friday) in California to a deliver in New York on the next Friday. But that seems to be the extreme. Usual from order to cross country shipment is around 10-14 days.

Second item... if you make certain that the email you used for your order is the EXACT same (case sensitive) email that you've used for these forums, you can get the cool "Verified Customer" badge under your username here.
