Here are the basics of my computer that I bought in Mar 08 (I hope this is enough information to answer my question). 
I was wondering how much ram my motherboard will take if I upgrade to the 64bit version of windows 7?

which 64bit version? premium/pro/etc.

your mobo can only hold 8GB it looks like so it won't matter which version of os you have.
