time for new hardware

My system is going on 4 years old and it is time to upgrade. I was just going to add a new video card and more ram, but the more I think about it, if I'm going to spend money on those two, I may as well spend some more and do the motherboard and sound card as well.

I am going to get the GeForce gtx 760, as well as 12 gigs of ram. I seriously need some help with the motherboard. I am pretty much in the dark when it comes to motherboards. You can see in my signature what motherboard I currently have. I also currently have an overclocked core i7 930 processor, which I am going to keep using.

What I need to know is what kind of motherboard to get. I don't know what makes one board better than another. I don't want to spend more than like 200.00 - 250.00 on a board. If I can get one less than that it would be great too, but I don't know if you can get a decent one for less.

I also don't know which boards will work with my processor. As well as what kind of ram to get with the board. I also don't know what the best place is to buy one from. I would actually like to buy it from Digital Storm since at least I know I'd be getting the right one.
