So was there something wrong with the Syndicate case/build? His syndicate build was sharp looking.

The customer didn't like how the Syndicate was not as easy to work with as the HailStorm chassis is. Such as the hot swap drive bays, and the general layout of the chassis in the HailStorm.

Just wanted to give Alex and his team a big thanks, after a few problems with the Hailstorm case all problems seem to be resolved (Most were operator errors lol)  Thx Alex for writing the book on Customer Service & ty Cassandra for listening to me complain ;)
