If I'm not mistaken, Bowser's victory move, the bent elbow (or Bras d'honneur) was the equivalent of flipping the bird.  Check out this classy gentleman below for an example.

Is there any way I can play this game?  Do I need to use an emulator or something?  I LOVED this game on the SNES.

There's pleny of SNES emulators out there, and a quick search for the game's ROM file should give you some hits.  Easy Peezy.
