Hello! I'm sure that this has been asked a million times but I don't have time to hunt through the forums at the moment and maybe my situation is different, but is it common to be still on stage 1 for 7 days? Is it one of those things where it will jump up a few stages down the road and I am just being anxious? Sorry for all the questions I'm just so excited for Vanquish II lvl 4!

Mine went from stage 1 on Monday to Stage 7 on Friday and shipped the next Monday.

If you give DS a call they can tell you exactly where it's at in the process. Janna was a great help to me on this and other questions I had.

I lso had one question about the Vanquish II level 4 there is a section of the build that says CPU Boost Stage 1: overclock CPU 4.0GHz to 4.4GHz is that saying that the build includes an overclocked CPU, or that you have the option to do that yourself?

They are pre-built, but it's possible they do a basic overclock for you. Even if they don't, their procedure to do stage 1 likely involves running some program...Easytune? Which you could probably do yourself

They overclock it. Mine ended up at 4.2Ghz.

Stage 1 is simply acknowledging payment and letting you know that your order is starting to be processed. With the Vanquish, its not uncommon (because they are pre-built) to jump ahead of the email system.

Yes, they can go from Stage 1 email to already shipped before you get the next notice.

thank you vemuch for the info. I tried calling the customer service today multiple times and it would put on hold saying they were waiting to take my call then it would say some weird automated msg and make the busy tone. I'm just curious as to what stage my computer is currently on so I can have an estimated time of completion :D
