I am thinking about purchasing a PC from this site/company and have a question...

Is there a spot where I can customize the entire system or do I have to use one of the pre-made loads that they have made?

I would like to tweak a few things and make it exactly what I want but do not see that option.

Thanks,
M

Pick desktop, then pick one type such as Slade, then scroll to the bottom of the page and pick one of the levels. Pick customize and then scroll down the list. If you want something other than what is listed pick change. Good luck!

Thank you for the response. I was only looking in the budget area for PC's. The Vanuish series do not have the ability to be customized but the higher end ones do.

Exactly why I bought the ODE model. It seemed to be the customizable Vanquish (and then some). While I really wanted the Hailstorm or Aventium, The Boss (read: "My Wife") would not have allowed me to go over $5k. So, the ODE really seemed to be a great way to go. Given that I did not order something which is "stock", the turnaround time was FAST.

The Vanquish line are pre-built systems with no customizing options. That's why the pricing is so good on those...

As fstcvc says, the Vanquish II lines are pre-built, budget busting beasts.  They are fantastic entry level machines for gaming.

One of the best parts of the Vanquish II line is the Corsair 230T case in which you have plenty of room to make any changes, upgrades or just fiddle about.  Should you wish to install other drives - plenty of room... a discrete sound card - plenty of room... bigger PSU - yea, you get it.

If you want DS to perform their magical best on higher-end customized machines it will cost you a bit more.

Thanks for the messages everyone. I think I'll be going with a lvl 3 Vanquish. I only have around 1k$ to spend and they seem to be the best around for that price.

The Vanquish level 3 is strong gaming for the money.  Impossible to beat. Strong
