The Vanquish II Ultimate (Level 4) or Virtue Level 2 would probably be your best bets.

The Lv. 4 Vanquish or Eclipse will be perfect depending on if you want a smaller system or a bigger tower.

Nav, is the Eclipse still available? It doesn't appear when I went over to the Desktop section. If it is, then that would probably be the best choice for adding to an entertainment center.

Yeah, looks like the Eclipse was swapped for the Virtue.

The Vanquish level 4 for your budget is right on and best bang for your buck.   The level 3 will also give very good gaming, but the gtx 970 on the level 4 is about 40% better performance over the gtx 760 in level 3.

Overclocking in the level 4 is really no problem.  It's a mild overclock and will not effect the rig's longevity.   You can always drop the overclock yourself if ever wanted.

Good Luck. Big%20Smile

Maybe they are getting ready to move from the RVZ01 chassis to the RVZ02?

Not sure what that budget allows, but I suggest a system with an SSD drive as a system drive. Perhaps a GTX 970

VL4 would do that. Looks like the Virtue is a possibility, but the Virtue level 2 with the i5 exceeds the budget

Thanks for the input so far! Is a sound card needed or in the onboard well enough?

I have the Vanquish 2 Ultimate (the older version with the GTX770)... I run 2 monitors (1600x900 and 1440x1080) use on board sound and have never had an issue with over heating or performance.

I did change one thing.. well, added a wireless USB adapter to move the computer to the common area of the house.. it's quiet enough not to bother anyone while we're all together.

Yea, I really recommend the Vanquish line, and get the best, the ultimate.

On-board should be good, but if you have this by your entertainment center and have an A/V receiver there, I'd hook up to that with an HDMI cable.

Thanks so much the imput folks! Just one more question... If I don't plan on overclocking will fans suffice or should I eyeball liquid cooling? Im worried is there condensation that will leak onto the parts? I live in Mississippi and theres lots of moisture in the air and its humid a lot and everything sweats here so I worry the same will happen with the liquid cooling.... Thanks again

Either will work. You do not need to worry about condensation...it does not refrigerate in any way, so ambient temperature will be the absolute minimum temperature seen.

Condensation wouldn't be a worry... and the fans on the V4 do a very good job of keeping the temps under control. Just.. and this is so very important... make sure you're cleaning the filters often and giving the fans a chance to do their job.
