I just ordered this off the egg now. It is a 27 inch 2560 by 1440 monitor. Should really make my games look great. Cannot wait to get it.

I use several of those myself. Best monitor I ever owned.
I'm about to start moving them to my guest PC as ASUS is set to release their PG278Q this month. 27" 1440p with 1ms response time and 144hz refresh rate. Get ready to fall in love with that monitor. |

That used to be my old monitor before I upgraded to 4K. Definitely one of the better 1440p monitors out there.

I have the PB287Q on my guest pc in the living right now. My living room pc only has triple GTX 780 SC... I'm glad I put them under water recently as the load get's pretty bad during any gaming... but overall, not a bad monitor. I'm sticking with 1440p for my main rig here. Especially since Linus recently did that review on the triple 27" monitor stand. I can run one PG278Q and 2x PB278Q over my 3 PB278Q's I have now. If only the GTX 880's would come out so I could do some surround with triple 1440p :/ It's worse than 4k.... |

I love this monitor, but Newegg must be terminally stupid. They shipped the monitor in just the box they got it in. They might as well just stick a note on the box saying a high end toy, steal me.
When I got the monitor, the tape was cut, and the box had been opened too. it had to be opened has for all the smeared fingerprints on it. I will think twice before buy from Newegg again. Also this monitor gave me a new set of problems for Skyrim. But have worked my way thru them. I hope. |

Newegg isn't always the reseller. You have to check when you're buying it, just like amazon. But regardless, I'm bought 99% of my thousands of pc part purchases over the last 10 years from Newegg. I always recent my monitors in their manufacture box, but I've never once had a single issue with Newegg. Amazing question free returns and customer support. One time I bought 10 case fans that ended up not fitting my case... and newegg gave me a complete refund. Love Newegg. |
