Well i recently ordered my system with 2X GTX 780 and picked DS proffesional overclocking for $50 did o made a good choice, should i ask it removed and overclock it myself with MSI Afterburner i have 4 days to de decide please give me advise

Depends on much your time is worth. DS will test it to make sure the OC is stable and doesn't fail. They also do it every day so they probably have some known good settings that they use whereas it might take you several days to perfect it.
