Hey guys configuring a pc, and i was wondering, When they say 1 to 10 percent overclocking (im guessing at least 7 percent because i got crazy cooling and a 670) what kind of extra frames would i see? thanks!

That's harder to say than seems to be. Since every generation of hardware overclocks differently, every overclocks influence on performance being different, the amount of overclock differing from sample to sample and the application's bottleneck hinging on the CPU or the GPU, YMMV is not a vague argument. That is to say it all depends on the game and the properties of your individual rig components, but in broad terms, a 10% overclock of a GPU will bring more to the table than that of a CPU in most gaming scenarios, which still isn't much to look at, though every little bit helps
