Heh about time. When they finally come out in 2011 it's gonna be like what 2 and a half or three years since socket 1366 came out?

Maybe I'm weird, but I'm not even very interested in the Sandy Bridge chips, I'm still chopping at the bit to get ICH11R.

isn't the 2011's socket southbridge Ich11?
1366 came out in 2008,  remember it well. lol smoking through all those crappy Asus boards. still pisses me off. Glad they got most of their boards doing better now.

haha yea thats another reason i typically try and avoid the bleeding edge until plenty of people have found the problems Cool

mem clock      900mhz           1674mhz
mem band       57.6g b/s         134 gb/s
 
hahaha, i remember when i thought i was cool becuase i was rocking 1280x1024

The 2011 socket will have native sata 6Gbs but some say it will be ICH11, others say it will be X68 PCH Big%20Smile
