Hello all, first post here. I just got my Vanquish II Lvl 4 today and I am loving it. However the fans in the front, only one is on. Is that normal? I'm assuming the other one only kicks on when it needs to but wanted to ask first. Thanks all.

Hi usafmtl... Congrats on your new rig.

Both fans should be on. Remove the right and left side covers and check the wires coming from the fan to the motherboard. Could be a loose connection from shipping.

Yeah something is very loose somewhere, as the LED and fan goes on and off when I move the wires.

Physically trace the wires from the fan to the motherboard, looking for any other connection along the way, like a y connector. Try unplugging it and re installing the fan connector into the motherboard header.
