I am not certain that I understand what you are seeking help for, but I will hazard a few guesses and then await clarification from the original poster (OP). Assumptions: Budget - No Budget Hmm, could be no money or no limit on what to spend. Since no money, means no sale, I'll assume no limit on what to spend. Faster start-up times for some games can be achieved by placing the game on an SSD. Couple the SSD with a fast bus, fast memory, fast CPU and a fast graphics card or cards and you've quick load times and high frame rates. Since the Vanquish II Level 2 is mentioned, lets look at the published benchmarks. Those are some pretty decent numbers for an off the shelf gaming machine that sells for well under $1,000.00. The only Vanquish II configuration with an SSD is the Level 4 version. If the OP's budget is truly unlimited, then that is the best of the Vanquish II line. If the budget is greater than zero but needs to be under a $1,000.00 then either the Vanquish II level 2 or 3 will give a really nice bang for the buck but some games may still load a bit slower since they will reside on an HDD.
