   I wanted to thank everyone at Digital Storm for helping me build and purchase my new ODE Desktop.  The customer support at Digital Storm is the best I have encountered not just from a customized computer system company, but probably any professional company I have dealt with.

After purchasing 3 Alienware computers over the 6 years, I finally got sick of their sales department pushing me to purchase hardware and pay money just to speak with support when each computer failed within 2 years of purchase.  Before purchasing my new computer, I called many custom computer companies before deciding to go with Digital Systems - I am so glad I did!  

A big shout out to Jonathan for helping me configure my new computer.  He helped me pick out exactly what I needed for what I wanted to do with my computer.  Jonathan went out of his way to email me and call me several times to provide me with all  the information and options I needed to make my decision.  He saved me more than $700 by explaining why I didn't need certain bells and whistles that were unnecessary for my needs and allowed me to reuse some of my old hardware.

When I finally decided on my build and placed my order, it took Digital Storm ONLY THREE DAYS to complete my build!  I received constant emails updating me with my build.  While i'm sure three days is probably not the norm, this shows how efficient and professional the build team is at Digital Storm.

Because I live in the bay area, I was able to avoid shipping by doing a local pickup.  I was able to meet some of their friendly staff.  I could tell that everyone I met was happy to help me and appreciated my business.  Jonathan even came out to shake my hand and congratulate me on my new computer.  Another employee (I recognized from the youtube videos, I'm sorry I forget your name) explained how to install some of my old hardware and even helped me load the computer into my car.

I am very happy with my purchase.  I will definitely recommend Digital Storm to anyone looking for a new gaming computer.

	AGAIN, there is something to be said about a company that has the best interest of the customer in mind and not just blindly selling what they want. Digital Storm does it again, and again, and again...
