New Vanquish2 level 4 USB question

The front 2 USB ports on the front of the case are not working, anyone know why? or what to do to get them to work? I just recently got my computer only yesterday. So far that has been the only issue. The 2 USB ports in the front are usb 3.0 so it would be nice to have access to them.

Hi Swap.....   Take off the left side cover and look for the wires coming from the top, front of the case.   The wires might come from behind the right cover and snake over to the mobo.   Some go to the bottom right of the motherboard for Power On, Reset, HDD led, etc and there is also a USB connector.  Follow it and make sure its plugged into a USB port on the mobo.  The manual has a mobo overlay picture to help identify locations on the mobo.
