Quick question, I have the Vanguisher II l4 and wanted to add an additional SSD and 8 gb of RAM. Was wondering if the current PSU is enough to the added hardware? I believe the current PSU is 600W

You're good to go. An SSD and any added ram add very little wattage to your system.
