The return policy only warrants a full refund if you are having issues with the actual machine, hardware wise. We would also verify that once the unit comes back in our facility. You can't simply order a system that you wanted, and have us build, put our time in, and ship to you and then you decide you didn't want it and get your money back.
P.S.
It's in the terms and conditions that you agree too before our website even accepts your order.
Warm Regards,
Alex

if you wanted to pay the restocking fee or what ever fees they charge when you return the case within the first 30 days, then yes you can.
but you have to give some restocking fees and other fees which I'm not sure what they are.
my statement was for rice who was having issues with his pc and the PC is back at DS already.
thank you for clarifying that Alex

I understand.
But, it wouldn't be a nice idea, for us to cover shipping and repair the unit and everything and then a customer wanted to cancel instead. We already taken steps and planned for Rice's system to arrive.
Let's keep the focus of this thread about i7's launch.
Warm Regards,
Alex

Benchmarks have shown the i7 is substantially faster than the C2D and C2Q. The fact that the entry level 920 outperforms the higher clocked (and $1100 more expensive) Q9770 shows this.
Even in gaming there is a sizable boost.
But it's not such a huge leap in speed that It's worth it to upgrade from a top of the line C2D or C2Q.

I didn't see anywhere that the 920 out performs a qx9770? I have seen the 960 go against the qx9770 and beat it but not the 920, did I miss something?

Application usage wise good 85% of application usage i7 types beat the QX9770.
So if you're not after gaming, just fast application performance, 920 is a great deal for what it offers.

Of course the QX9770 beats i7 in *certain* categories, though forgot which one specifically ahaha.

Am I missing something here, or you're saying those results shown in that link aren't valid? Aside from CPU Data Encryption (whatever that does) where the Phenom and QX9770 beat the i7 at.
The 920 seems like a killer deal.

Exactly, the 920 beat the QX9770 in all but 3 benchmarks. Some of that could be attributed to the 9770's higher clock speed.
Pretty impressive if you ask me.
