	pretty much every $100 you go down from around $1300 hurts you more than helps you, the price of hardware doesnt scale down as fast as it gets out dated check out the buying guide linked in my signature for a full explination and the lowest reccomended config you have to think of a PC as a 3ish year investment, spend more now to save yourself from spending it later (and from being outdated before you even buy the hardware) you dont want to spend near $1000 on a tower full of years old hardware
