I do not really have a whole lot of experience with building computers so any advice you can provide me would be greatly appreciated. Google search is only so helpful I'm afraid.

You got some very good suggestions from BiohazardX-87. I agree with everyone of them.

One other thing to consider is to change your CPU cooler to The H20: Stage 2: Corsair H110i GT - 280mm Radiator Liquid CPU. The cost is $70. It gives you a closed loop cooler that works very well in the Apollo case. The cooler will be mounted at the top of the case instead of at the back like the one you chose.

Not to say the one you chose is not good, it is just that the 280mm is bigger with improved cooling. Not quite as important for a stage 1 OC.
