Nov. 08, 2007 billed, (delay was bank related, wamu sucks :) )
Nov. 27, 2007 Shipped (got here on the 28th or 29? free 3-5 bus. day ship )
Packaging was great, no visual defects on box or machine. Customer support could have been a bit better with regards to notifying me of delays. Every time I called though, wait time was less then 2 minutes and talking to a REAL human in English. The delays were that my computer failed some of their testing and they had to troubleshoot or wait for a new part. They have recently added even better customer support, i.e (better updates). They do have forums with mods that try to answer everything as fast as they can, but if you can't wait 1-24 hours, call them, they do pick up.
My machine i got was a E6750, 2 gig RAM, 8800 GT 512 with Vista 64 Premium, it has ran flawlessly since i have received it.
Overall satisfaction 100%!

No pics, sorry guys, still shopping for a decent digi cam for under $200 :)

	Glad you got your rig! The waits are long, I know. I was about to put my head under a car tire. But, once you get it... you can see and feel the raw power and quality. I agree on the updates being slow, but I just kept sending PM's to Alex and he responded, usually the same day, with quality answers. I think they are trying to tweak their up date system as we speak.
