My Experiences with Digital Storm

I am going to keep this pretty short. First off I would like to say job well done with my new Apollo system. It took roughly a month for me to receive my system after placing the order. Which I knew it would so no issues there. When I received my system I was a bit concern because UPS did a number on the box. Seal was broken and some pretty big gashes in the box. However, Digital storm did a great job at packing and the system had no visual flaws. The only issue I saw was a random screw floating around, in the box.
Set up was a breeze and everything is working great so far. I want to give a special thanks to John the customer care representative that was with me along my journey. He informed me of any issues during the build and dealt with my last minute changes. Was very professional and responded to my question/request in a timely manner. I don't know if you have any staff reorganization programs in place but if you do give john a golden star.
So to sum it up I am very happy with my purchase and I will differently purchase form digital storm in the future. They delivered exactly what I wanted at a fair price. They did an amazing job putting it together and the system looks great. John was a great contact and made the process smooth as butter and help to put my mind at ease.
The only negatives I have is the condition of the box which is UPS FAULT and not Digital Storm. The random screw that was floating in the box. (hope its not important...) and this is super picking but my accessory box was open. (Could of been the rough shipping) Overall it was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who does not have the time or know how to build there own system.
