I am stuck between the Asus ROG Swift PG278Q and the benQ XL2420g.
I want 144ghz refresh rate, g-sync, low input lag, and it can handle resoultion higher than 1080p but can play good in 1080p.
Any advice? Maybe a different\better monitor with everything that is listed?

There is this one Acer XB280HK. It is the only 4k g-sync monitor on the market so far.
