I have no experience with building a PC and have no knowledge of parts. Help me?

Basically my problem is, i dont know what im doing and want to play ArmA 2 maxed out. As well as CoD 4 and CS:GO with high framerate while recording them.

Hi Tophat 44  ...  The gtx 660Ti in the Marauder 4 you selected should have no probelm with Arma 2.  I've played Arma 2 on High settings with a gtx 560 and had fps stay in the 50's and 60's and the gtx 660Ti is about 50% better than that for alot of games. 
 
Very High, Ultra settings with some games like BF3 might dip into the 40 fps when all hell breaks loose on outside maps.  Just turning AA and some settings  down a bit helps alot with little difference in visuals. COD 4 I've never played or seen benches.
