Hi All,

I'm about to put a pre order in for my Bolt 3. I noticed that the max ram DS has for this unit is 16gb. I selected the ASRock X99 Motherboard. I'm told by both DS and Corsair that it supports up to 32gb of DD4 RAM.

Corsair does not offer 16gb sticks outside of the 128gb(8x16gb) 2666mhz pack. I will never meet anyone who will need this much ram at $2119.99 price tag. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in upgrading their ram with a pair of 16gb sticks, so we could group up to buy this at 2119.99 divided by 4 @ $530 per person(s). You can sell your onboard memory and recoup some of this cost.

I don't expect this list to pile up quick, but only seeing if people would be interested?

That, or you can take this as a request for the DS staff to offer the Bolt3 W/ 32gb of ram
